Emily Rose Return Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.

We accept eligible products for return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Refunds are issued for the merchandise being returned; original shipping charges are not refundable. After 30 calendar days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received an incorrect item, please contact Emily Rose Customer Care as soon as possible. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped by us may qualify for replacement, refund or store credit. Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned item(s) after they are received at our warehouse.

How to Make a Return

Before returning an item, please contact Emily Rose Customer Care by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please include this number with your return shipment so we can properly identify the return and match it to your account.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number may not be accepted because we may be unable to match the returned merchandise to your order.

Furniture Returns

Special note regarding furniture: Because we cannot control errors that may occur during customer assembly, furniture cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged unless the product itself is defective.

Please confirm that your furniture contains all required pieces and that the pieces are undamaged before beginning assembly.

Return Condition Requirements

Unless an item is defective or was incorrectly shipped by us, returned merchandise must be in new, unaltered and as-shipped condition and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

• Show no signs of wear or damage.
• Be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Not be a special or custom order.
• Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
