We offer simple flat-rate ground shipping throughout the United States, with FREE ground shipping available on qualifying orders shipped within the continental U.S.

Most doll clothing and small accessory orders fall within the 0–4.5 lb shipping category. Furniture, larger products, mixed orders and larger quantities may fall within the 4.6+ lb category. Shipping is determined by the total weight and merchandise value of your order.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for our continental U.S. free ground shipping offers. The following ground shipping rates apply:

We work hard to get your order on its way quickly. Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders placed later in the day typically ship the next business day.
In-stock orders generally ship within 1–2 business days.

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available for U.S. orders. Available services and rates are calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and the contents of your order.
Please keep in mind that expedited shipping refers to the carrier's transit time after your order ships. Our normal order-processing time still applies.
