We accept returns for exchange or refund (less shipping costs) for products up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped from us qualify for replacement, refunds or store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt at our warehouse.
To return an item, please contact our customer service specialists via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number to include on your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a return authorization number as we cannot match the return shipment to your account.
***Special note on furniture – Due to the fact that we are not able to control customer assembly errors, we cannot accept returns on furniture if the packaging is damaged or opened unless the product itself is defective. Please confirm that your product has all pieces and all pieces are undamaged prior to beginning assembly.
All items must be returned in "new, unaltered and as-shipped condition in the original undamaged packaging”*
