IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Thanks for purchasing one of our fabulous pieces for your 18 inch doll. Our products are great quality and undergo rigorous inspections BUT there is always a chance, however rare, of an issue.

FOR FURNITURE PRODUCTS REQUIRING ASSEMBLY...

• Open the box & find the instructions (or can be downloaded from the links below):
• Are all of your pieces there?
• Are they all looking good and pretty and undamaged from shipment?
• Do you have the screw packet?

We strongly recommend you assemble your furniture way ahead of time. Please do be careful - once the screw packet is opened we can't accept a return from customer breakage (unless it is a manufacturer error) but we do try to ship you replacement pieces if you get in a jam (based on availability). Remember this isn't real human furniture (that doll only weighs a few pounds) and although the furniture is very sturdy it is still just a toy.

PLEASE DON'T USE POWER TOOLS!! Regular elbow grease is all you need for these pieces we promise.
